Dear Friends;

I have faced a problem in CPU 313C-2ptp when i am commissioning a conveyor line. Its error code 16#2528 means alignment error when reading. How can i solve it please give a suggestion.

I have sent a screen shot of this problem.

Hi kuet,

this means, you are trying to access an adress in a global DB that doesn´t exists. 

It is a programming error, so the OB121 will be called. 

If you want to detect where it happens, delete the OB121 from PLC, so the PLC will go into STOP. 

Then go again to diagnostic buffer and use the "go to..."-Button.

I had this ERROR too. (actually two ERROR I faced with!!). But my program did not had any FB Block that maybe want to access it's DB. Or I did not insert any DB Block. But I felt that some online functions was in place. I checked that in All windows But I did not find any thing. No monitoring in OB1 and FC (I had only three block OB1 & one FC & one FC105), but this ERROR was there again " debugging functions are still active in the module blocks in which debugging functions are taking place cannot be overwritten " ... Why??

finally I totally exit the simatic manager and agian run simatic manager and then download and Run the program without any problem and it works now!!
