Wincc 7.4 SP1 Automatically Deactivate

Dear All,

I have 2 no.of OS station with Wincc 7.4 SP1 and Windows 7 Professional  SP1 64 Bit.

      I have very strange problem in 1 OS Project backup is activate properly but if I copy same back up to another OS and active the same. Its active 100 % but after that its is deactivating immediately with error message showing Run time file not found and then Unspecified error.

Please help me resolve this problem.

Hello YogendraG,

you shold check the logfiles in the folder:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Siemens\WinCC\diagnose"

if you can find there any errors.

it seem, that you do not have any licences for WinCC on this PC.

An other point is in WinCC_Sys_01.log:
2303,19.05.2017,12:42:55:165,1002001,4,,OS,TLGRT,'STARTUP ERROR: could not initialize database access
or invalid configuration data!' - shutting down TLG-RT server.,MSG_STATE_COME
2303,19.05.2017,12:42:55:165,1012300,4,,OS,CCProjectMgr,Application CCTlgServer.exe is hanging up
on calling Activate,MSG_STATE_COME

It seems that you have a wrong (inconsistent) configuration in your project for Taglogging.
I think, the runtime would start, if you remove the Taglogging from the
startup-list in the computerproperties.

       As you said I have deactivated Tag logging and Alarm Logging then my problem got solved but when I selected Tag logging and Alarm Logging again the same problem is persist.

is there any problem Tag logging and Alarm Logging??
