LOGO!8 distributed network setup

I would like to implement 16 roll-down shutters control system. My setup is going to be:

• 1 LOGO! TDE panel as HMI
• 1 LOGO! 24RC module as master and HW "UP/DOWN" button station
• 8 LOGO! 230RCEo modules for 16 shutters (1 module for 2 shutters)

All LOGO's will be connected to one network via Ethernet.
I've read in manual that it's possible to have 16 network connections in LOGO network and that's ok for my setup (I have 10). But I have to send 32 "UP" and "DOWN" commands in total and manual says that only 8 static connections is possible.

Is it possible to have this kind of setup for that task?

Please let me know your thoughts cause I don't have experience with new LOGO series.

I'm not sure I quite understand,but...

One Logo! can communicate with 8 other Logo!s  You can use several Network input / Output on one Connection. 

If you send bytes or words rather than individual up/down commands, you only need 1 connection per LOGO!.

Send all the UP/DOWN as 1 or 0, and assign each shutter a unique "bit" position within the 32 bits.

Then each LOGO responsible for specific shutters picks off the bits it needs one at a time and issues appropriate commands.

If you however need to have a "neither up nor down", then another 32 bits that enables the up/down and you simply AND (or put the N.O. / N.C. contacts in series) the enable and the up/down command.

For example, just the first nibble of the first byte:

0010 (enable), 0011 (shutter commands)

That would mean shutter #2 is enabled, with the command of UP.

Whichever LOGO! is responsible for shutter #2 has this logic (note, it is not optimal, just easy to understand):
