S5-135U/155U CPU928B - some errors

Hello

I have 3 errors:

1. QVZ Led on PLC

2. ERROR Led on 6FM1706-3AB20

3. BF blinking LED on 6ES5308-3UB11

How can I check in PG station what's wrong? 

I think QVZ error it's depend on error from 6FM1
