Interval PI regulation

rakjaer Posts: 11 Rating: (0)	Hi I am using my new Logo8! to control my heating system. Currently I have a PT100 sensor (AI1) with a PI controller and a 0-10V shunt valve (AQ1) to control the temperatur of the water. Right now I have a fixed SP in the PI controller of 55. What I would like is to be able to automatically change the PI setpoint based on another PT100 sensor (AI2). E.g. If AI2 reads below 0 the PI SP is set to 65. If AI2 reads between 0 and 10 the PI SP is set to 60. If AI2 reads 10 or more the PI SP is set to 55. Any good tips? I cannot get my head around this.

rakjaer Posts: 11 Rating: (0)	That is very clever!!!! I am a little bit confused based on how I have programmed it myself, but I think I will be able to incorporate it. Would it be possible with 4 intervals? If AI2 reads below -5 the PI SP is set to 70. If AI2 reads below 0 the PI SP is set to 65. If AI2 reads between 0 and 10 the PI SP is set to 60. If AI2 reads 10 or more the PI SP is set to 55.
