Hi, I have an IPC647D and I´m trying to install Process Historian 2014 SP3 together with WinCC Professional RT V14 SP1 but no success. I have install WinCC, but when trying to install the Process Historian it shows the error shown in the picture. Siemens technician told me that it was posible to install both Softwares on the same computer. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hey Syd_b, it seems that Software is installed /you would install software which isn't compatible. You can prove the compatibility with the "Compatibility Tool" from Siemens: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/64847781 Therefore prove the system requirements of Process Historian: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109753689/104397863691 Then follow the Installation notes: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109753689/104397863691 If this doesn't work contact the Technical Support of Siemens: https://support.industry.siemens.com/My/ww/en/requests#createRequest With best regards cumulus |
