PLC is not taking commands from sensors, switches etc

Screenshots of your project tree might help.  Some samples of online monitored logic showing input states not changing in the real world, but the plc is not seeing those changes.

Ok 2 things right off in OB1, network 1.

If you have system memory and clock bits enabled in the plc hardware configuration, it use M1.0.  If you enable system memory bits via checkbox, you get an always true bit you can use throughout your logic.

Also, having an ON in parallel with an OFF (or NOT ON) of the same tag always yields a true or ON state.

M1.0 is your version of an always ON tag, and M1.1 is your version of an always OFF tag.  We can get that with no logic by using that system memory checkbox.  Just be sure and assign the system and clock memory to unused addresses, say M100, M101.

Limit Switches 1/2/3 have timers, assuming to debounce them.  Using the debounced LS signals means you are waiting for all 3 to come on, become stable, then activate pump equalization, and once that starts, stop caring about LS #3.

Now for Clock_1_min and rit_clock TON in OB1 network 3:

Clock_1_min..Q = false (0) at startup

Clock_1_min..Q = true (1) after 1 minute

rit_clock.Q = true (1) after 1 minute and 1 second

Next scan after rit_clock.Q becomes true, this happens:

Clock_1_min.Q = false

rit_clock.Q = false

Next scan, it looks like we repeat the overall sequence / cycle.

So, 1 min clock Q false for a minute.  Turns on for a second + 1 scan, then repeats.  And, rit_clock is false for 1 min 1 sec, turns on for 1 scan, then turns back off, and then repeats.

I have no idea what the complex network in FC10 is.  Between it not showing the entire network (consider hiding the project tree temporarily, changing pane zoom scale, and not able to read the language used for the tag names, I cannot help much on FC10.

Hi,

    Power supply's seems to be working. Voltages across switches and sensor have been measured no issue found. I have taken some pictures in which you can see OB1, Pump and Limit switch networks.
