Problem in using "CPU clock memory" and "SCALE function" at the same time

Hello friends

I have a problem in using "CPU clock memory" and "SCALE function" at the same time

I wanna use the SCALE function in my LAD and also CPU clock memory for alarm pulse

But the problem is when i use SCALE function and enable clock memory the SF error happen in PLCSIM

and when i clear the SCALE function from LAD so i can see the clock memory pulse in PLCSIM

All memories(M) addressed correctly too

I tested all ways

are you sure that you not have overlapped the Memory clock byte with M of the csale function?

can you share with us your Merker that you use?
