Problem with "Monitor with call-up path"

I have an old machine with a CPU316-2 DP and I want to monitor a specific call to a function (FC102).

If I right click in the network making the call (FC60) I dont' see the submenu "Monitor with call-up path".

When I go to the menu "Debug / Operation" to try and activate the test mode, both the Process operation and the test operation are grayed out and there is a text "Mode is assigned as a property parameter of the CPU"

In the hardware setup I can find the corresponding option to select between process / test operation. It is set to test.

I have tried to use this "Monitor with call-up path" on another CPU (CPU 315-2 DP) and it works perfectly.

The CPU in the machine is probably about 20 years old, could that be an issue ?

Look at the selector on CPU, is in RUN-P mode?¿ or Have not selector the CPU?¿

Thank you for your reply. It did help a little bit.

What I have found so far:

The switch must be in the RUN-P position.

When the switch had been changed I needed to close the LAD/STL/FBD editor and reopen it again.

I also needed to go to: debug / operation on the menu. I don't need to (or more precise I cannot change anything here), But it seems necessary to go here anyway and press the OK button.

Now I finally had the menu option: Monitor with call-up path
