"SAFE LED" fault slowly blink in G120 Sinamics

Hi All,

I have a problem in my Siemens drive when I start POWER ON the machine, "SAFE LED" flashes slowly. "RDY LED" is okay. I try to reset the machine and start again but nothing happens. Can you please help us to solve this problem?

Did you mean nothing problem in our inverter? I must check all emergency stop in the machine? Nothing to do with the inverter? 

I will try to check all connections of emergency stop.

So, it is possible that the problem is in the safety interlock of the machine. Actually, we have 3 units of inverter installed in the machine connected via profinet and all of those have the same fault in "SAFE LED" flashing slowly.

FYI, machine is running okay before but it was shutdown a week due to no production.

Machine is running okay now. But it is okay in the machine whether the SAFE LED is steady on while running?

I had same problem with G120. After power on...yellor shining slowly.

I solved this problem with using block ACK_GL from safety library.
