Sql server 2014 express edition Wincc setup cannot complete the instalation

Hello everyone,

I try a lot to install simatic Wincc v7. 4 But the instalation stopped when install sql server 

- my windows is fresh i don't have sql server before

-i try a lot to change and install updates for my windows

-i have windows 7  64bit

Please can you help me

do you have check the setuplogfiles for the exact error?
any error entry in the windows eventviewer fpor the sql installation?

I don't find any errors in event viewer setup logs

and in the setup logfiles of the install?
The logs are stored in %AUTINSTLOG% (Type this in Windows Explorer adress filed)

i found this in log file 

file name :SQLEXPR_x86_ENU_decompression_log

i don't find another files or error files .. i found this in temp folder

this is only the extract of the install files not the install .

there should some other logfiles (in temp) which logged the SQL Install.

normally in the WinCC logfile also the SQL install should be reported.

Does the logged in user have the necessary rights?

Try log in to Window using the Administrator login, and then install.

i solve this problem by installing the sql server manually 

and name the instance as wincc 

then it run and complete 

now it is working 

but do you think that is right ..?!!
