failed to install nodes on node-red with new version 2.6

I cannot install the communications nodes of siemens s7 or any other node in node-red using the node-red own manage palette, it throws an error, and it fails to install it, to get it I have had to do it from the console, accessing the path of the node_modules folder and install them by commands. Does anyone know why the node-red manage palette in v2.6-example does not work? thanks!
