Process Historian cache folder on client not renewed

How can i renew cache folder?

WinCC 7.4.1.4 Win10 pro, ProcessHistorian win server 2016

I have a problem with Process Historian communication to WinCC. Few searches ago have found, that PH cache folder deleting can be usefull.

So tried to delete c:\ProgramData\Siemens\SFCache. After reseting WinCC and computer it is not recreated. Returned it from basket.

Tried to delete folder contents like {3c2b4765-***-***-****-d80326ec0c5a}. After reseting WinCC and computer it is not recreated.

maybe your PH-Ready component ist not installed or not correctly setup?

Have you setup the ports correctly?
