Hello Dada1; Look at the following discussion, it shpuld provide you with the information yiu need, based on your error message: Step 7 V5.5 + SP1 OEM2 https://support.industry.siemens.com/tf//ww/en/posts/step-7-v5-5-sp1-oem2/154493/?page=0&pageSize=10 This entry by KSN might be helpful : "Step 7 OEM is a special version of Step 7 included in Starter. You should completely uninstall your Starter (this will remove Step 7 OEM), then install Step 7 Professional and then install Starter again." Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
