Desigo CC 4.0 - slow point refresh

Hi everyone, 

Running Desigo CC 4.0 with PXME V2.8.2 panels on a fairly large project.

My one issue is all my points on the graphic pages are very slow to update when there's a COV... and a lot of times the values will only update when I run 'Extended Operation'. Sometimes I wont know if a variable frequency drive has started, or shut off, unless I run that extended operation tab....

Am I missing something?

This is an Insight to Desigo migration. In insight it would all update instantly....

No longer an issue! 

To help anyone with a similar issue now or in the future: If you are running insight apps along side DESIGO, make sure you dont have conflicting ports.

So glad I spotted your post.

I have been experiencing exactly the same thing, on a similar large sized site and its been driving me mad. When you say don't have conflicting ports set up, would you mind giving some more detail. 

I'm still running Insight alongside CC, as I need to access some of the sites, mainly to check data point status, as it sometimes takes some minutes to update on CC.

We are running Insight and CC on separate servers so I didn't think there would be a problem.

I am in the same situation, Desigo insight and CC both connected to the same site, on CC sometimes the updating of the graphics can take up to a minute while on insight it is immediate. The customer rightly complains, any solution?
