Cannot Open STEP7 Project

When we try to open the project in SIMATIC MANAGER, we get the Error Msg ( Attached ) : ---- You can only open the project ....... if the Windows regional and language option is set to "Chinese(PRC)". ---- We tried installing Windows Chinese language and set the Windows Regional as well as Language option to Chinese(PRC). However we still get the same error msg. Can anyone please guide, how to open this project, Thanks Navnag Attachment STEP7_Error.JPG (1020 Downloads)
