Sinumerik 810D start problem

Hello

we have sinumerik 810d and simodrive 611

today i power on machine and it fail to start

LED display shows 6.

5V led lit (yellow)

SF led is lit (red)

PR led lit (yellow)

PS led lit 3 sec, off, 1 sec pause then again lit 3 sec

PF led are lit (red)

PFO led are lit (yelloy)

i make NCK reset with S3 switch - nothing changed

i take out CCU card and remove battery and PCMCIA card and wait 20 mins

nothing changed

as i see in docs - PR lit + PS are blinking - not documented situation

S3 and S4 swiches in 0 positions - i check it

Can abyone help with it?

UPD Seems like PLC is being resetting but cant finish this normally... After i try to turn S4 to 2 or 3 - nothing happens, leds dont change. We check batter with and without load on CCU - its ok - 3V.

this helps to reset controller. finally.... i write in NCK and PLC archives and machine works now.
