Siprotec 7SAxxx Fault Record

On the exsisting substation system we subsequently added a Siprotec device with IEC 103 communication protocol. We would like to recive a Fault Record files via RS232 (front) port of Siprotec device. Which commands (in Hex) we have to send to the device, that device will respond with fault record files? Thank you and BR! JM

The front port is used for Digsi only with a proprietary protocol. Siprotec has a rear port, called Service Port, which you can use to retrieve fault records, but again with a proprietary protocol. Sicam PAS is able to retrieve fault records from the service port from Siprotec. Mike

Yes, there is another solution. You scada system/data concentrator could get the files using the IEC103 interface. Or you retrieve data manually using Digsi. Mike
