Make sure that you have a password in WinCC V7 for communication - the same as in PLC. |

Hello hichemaip19, do you user WinCC V7.5 or WinCC V7.5 with SP1 ? WinCC V7.5 is only released for using with S7-PLCSIM V15.0 WinCC V7.5 with SP1 is released for using with S7-PLCSIM V15.0, see compatibility tool https://support.industry.siemens.com/kompatool/pages/main/index.jsf?sitc=wwdfi10002
