Logo! with SIMATIC HMI KP400 basic

Hi,

i'd like to know if a LOGO! 24RCE 0BA1 can display informations to  the SIMATIC KP400.

I'm actually programming LOGO with Logo Comfort 8 and everything is fine.

I never used a KP400 and, as far as i know, i need TIA portal to program this display. Is it right ?

There are other ways to program the KP400 ?

For programming the KP you need TIA WinCC Basic.

thanks for your answer. Are there differences between TIA Portal and WinCC Basic ? Maybe something about licenses ?

I have to understand more about licenses. It's not clear to me the Siemens licensing model.

I have seen there are programming licenses and runtime licenses. Can somebody explain me something about ?

What kind of licenses i need to use the WinCC ? Are there free versions to use to program the KP400 ?
