Trying to install wincc 7.5 sp1

I'm trying to install Wincc 7.5+Sp1 but i can't because of wincc standard and a higher version of v11 these are the messages displayed.

After uninstalling all the program, same problem occurs.

You can find my installed programs in control panel.

Can someone help me?

You write wincc v11. What do you mean with this statement?

Do you mean TIA WinCC Professional v11. Then I do not see how this can be since they do not support the same operating systems.

Which specific operating system do you have? You can write "winver" to read the specific version/build.

What installation error do you get?

Here I believe you need to open a support request because support will need to check the installation log and this error sounds like there must be some hidden remains of a SCADA installation.
