WinCC and two network cards

Dear coleagues,

On one project we have necessity for WinCC  V7.3 to communicate to two Siemens PLC-s but on different networks (two different network cards). Is it possible?

One PLC is already connected to WinCC over TCP/IP - first network card.

Is it possible to connect to other PLC over ISO protocol using MAC address? If yes please give me instructions. Or if not, please give me advice what to do.

You can use one Accesspoint for each Communicatoin Channel (S71200/1500; TCP/IP; ISO and so on)

So in Simaic S7 Protocol Suite you can use for TCP/IP only one Accesspoint and then you can only use one Networkcard in PGPC Interface for this Access Point.

If you use an ISO on TCP connecton then its possible but this is based on MAC Adress and you can only use it within one Subnet.

I tried to establish connection between WinCC and PLC on second network card but without success. I can just ping the PLC. 

I tried to put  PG/PC interface to second network card just to see if I will see this PLC as accessible node. But no success... When I put PG/PC back to first network card I can see other PLC-s without problems.

That second network card is connected to company network. Is there something that must be done inside company network in order to establish connection (firewall, ports,etc.)?

Now I have a problem that, using NCM manager, I can see only PLC-s on network that is connected to integrated ethernet card of CPU. On second network I can not see PLC-s!

I tried switching network cables and after doing that I can see other PLC-s. Definitely there is some conflict between Siemens and non-integrated ethernet cards.

Does anyone know what can be a problem? All three network cards are Realtek PCIe GBE ethernet cards.

Dear coleagues,

I managed to make connection to both PLC-s connected on different networks (192.168.21.X and 192.168.0.X) using only TCP/IP connection in WinCC, not Industrial Ethernet!

In SET PG/PC interface I have two TCPIP connections: TCPIP1 and TCPIP2. When I choose one of them as PG/PC interface and connect it to S7ONLINE connection I see that both TCPIP connections have <Active> status! Thats why I have connection to both PLC-s.
