Hi, you can try a later update of WinCC : https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/de/view/109762790 and get sure that there is one user on both systems who is absolutely the same. It means the same name and password for one user on both systems. Additionally you can check name resolution which also often helps to resolve something like that: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/de/view/868014 2. name resolution hosts, is important WinCC requires a bit more than usual Clients like Scout, Expert or Matrikon clients. |
