Hi,

I want to create alarm in Tia Portal. This is how I do it:

1. Create a tag with int data type

2. Create a tag at HMI Alarm with bool data type

Everything is 100% fine. I can see the alarm when I simulated online.

But...

when I created more, the tag has alarm [Tag "mytag" : PLC Address Error" With 190004 code of error.

The tag that succeed before also error. Why this happen? It is bugs at Tia Portal or what, when created an alarm?

PS: Just let you know, I know how to create a tag, communicate PLC, settting configuration etc. So I need an answer better than that.

Just update the post:

The difference is he do at online, mean while I do at offline / simulation. He solved the problem with on/off the HMI. But what should I do in offiline / simulation? I already on/off the simulation but the problem still come.

I dont have any idea about this one. May I will try in real HMI.

in which memory area your tag has been created ? if I or Q it will be the problem because The input and output area of a PLC tag is unsuitable as trigger.

and be careful  that a tag is monitored using only one alarm type. You should therefore create either analog alarmsordiscrete alarms for a tag. (that you can find in the prgramm help under (Configuring discrete alarms or Configuring Analog alarms)

In PLC I create a DB909.DBW0. With DB909.DBX0.0 for descrete alarm.

Then, I create tag in Tia Portal HMI, DB909.DBW0. Then go to HMI Alarm and create alarm for DB909.DBW0 with 15 as trigger bit.

Everything is 100% work. I could see everything (the alarm) and its work fine as I want.

When I create more tag at TIA PORTAL. DB909.DBW2 till DBW10. Everything still 100% ok.

But,

when I create more HMI Alarm such as DB909.DBW2 till DBW10  with 15 as trigger bit. Everything is error, include the success one. (Picture as attachment in my first post).

Did you have any experienced for this one? Is it bug or what?
