Any posibilities to add a block to TIA portal v16 like a PLC, router, etc.?

Any posibilities to add a block to TIA portal v16 like a PLC, router, etc. (?) I'd been troubleshooting some error with node-red and Lib-s7 and thought: Mabye is an error with TIA Portal communications? My project is not for educational purposes. I'm using a 1212 DC/DC/DC and a 1212DC/DC/RLY but neither of them can load information in the gateway... :"D Whenever I upload and deploy the node-s7 (Read or Write, none works) the same IP as the plc has it disconnects itself going into a loop of "Lost connection to server, Reconnecting..."
