Now I've got F011 and can't reset it, though I checked out everything recommended in manual. Be so kind and give me an advice. Othervice I can't start the motor. Thank you in advance S.A.

diwa Silver Member Joined: 9/20/2006 Last visit: 3/5/2024 Posts: 307 Rating: (96)	There are only 2 boards in this rating of drive. CUVC is very easy to replace. try replacing the CU if problem is not solved then the power board needs to be replaced.

diwa Silver Member Joined: 9/20/2006 Last visit: 3/5/2024 Posts: 307 Rating: (96)	Dear Adam, In this drive there are only 2 boards. 1 is the controller card called the CUVC and the 2nd is the power board. This power board has all the ckts built on 1 pcb. The power supply , the IGBT gate driver section , the dc voltage and o/p current monitoring ckt , the power supply monitoring and even the IGBT is mounted on this pcb. Diwa.

Is there any procedure to made this analyze? As i know there is only simulation mode that you already described before. Also for when simovert on vector mode, is there any parameter to monitorized tolerance value limit between actual rotation and measured at encoder? thanks for advances adam

Regarding finding whether problem is with CUVC or power board you will have to put this cuvc in any other drive and check. You need not do any programming, just give 24v at the X9 terminal and check the display. it will show the same fault for the 1st time reset it with "P" and then the fault will go if the cuvc is ok. Else it is a CUVC fault. Siemens have some test kit with which they can very easily identify this. hope this helps you. diwa.
