Hi, I'm not sure sleep mode was programmed into these drives.

If the drive is at status o009, then it is waiting for a start command.

When it receives the start command, the status will increment o010 up to o014 which is actually running.

How is Your drive controlled? Digital or Fieldbus etc?

This sounds more like a sequencing issue to me, i..e. ON/OFF1 is arriving before the interlocks are set. By powering Off & On, You are probably running the sequence correctly, until the next Run (ON/OFF1) cycle.

In this case, I would be tracing control word 1 to see if the start signals are arriving at the correct times.
