Hello KhanhVietnam, Go to www.automation.siemens.com/doconweb and obtain a copy of the Diagnostics Guide for the 802D. There you'll find the alarm codes like 25030. The manual says the following for a possible remedy: Check speed setpoint cable (bus cable). Check actual values and position-control direction. Change position-control direction if the axis rotates uncontrolled axis-specific MD 32110 110 ENC_FEEDBACK_POL = < -1, 0, 1.→ Increase monitoring limit value in MD 36200 200 AX_VELO_LIMIT. |

hi i belive that after replacing the L.T module you are facing this problem, then my feeling is if no one has changed the parameters then the problem could be that one of the PHASE could be inverted. just check for the continuity of U,V,W terminals from the motor to the power section with regards ramkumar Attachment25030.pdf (444 Downloads) |

hi khan can you check any one has changed the NC machine data. i think that could be the reason with regards ram |
