We are using master drive for level measurement purpose in blast furnace. Control method is p100-4. We have fixed set point for up and down command i.e. 200 rpm for down and 400 rpm for up. After giving down command it will go at some level where materilm will present and torque is around 45% ,as material go down it will go down with material measurement with torque 16% which I have set in u011.it is normal operation. But right now we are facing problem that Bob( it's level measurement equipment of 100kg made of hard metal.) Is goes up to some fix level of around 1.7 metre and not going down with material. Pls give me ur valuable suggestions.

Hey there is no need to set Special Parameters for Crane..

Just follow the Normal comissioning Procedure, use Vector Control Mode(P100=4) with Encoder, Perform Auto Tuning(P115=1,2,4) and then set Parameters for Brake and Ramp times and there you go..

Try this and if you still face any problem then write again
