Hi, I assume You are looking for parameter n978 (not p978), just keep going if you are using the PMU, or keep scrolling down if using Drivemonitor)

If You have a valid F01 license, then n978 should be = 1.

I assume Your drive "was" working for many years and now has failed, not only working for 500 hours and then stopped, in which case, You need to purchase an F01 license.

If n978 does = 1, are there any faults or alarms like ... A034?
