problem uploading the drive parameters from master drive to the computer

hi everyone! i am facing a problem regarding uploading the drive parameters from the Siemens master drive to the computer. the order number 6SE7016-1TA61-Z and i have the software drive monitor V05 05-02. i am not able to connect with my laptop any suggestion please advice me ASAP you can in attached picture that whenever i connect with the drive the windows pop up and cannot proceed more. thanks regard! Hi, looks like your DriveMonitor don't have the version of the drive's firmware. Try to force a communication. Create a new parameter files based on factory settings on the lowest version of firmware, then try to get online. There you will see wich version of firmware your drive has. Hope it helps.
