Hello Qazi; With the information provided it is very hard to give you an informed answer. Do you have access to the CPU's diagnostic buffer (with Step 7 v5.x software), that would help a lot. As such, there is an indication in your descriiption that could be of help: the fault appears in different nodes at different times. That could be a clue that your network is not terminated properly, or that one of the 2 terminations circuits is nt powererd correctly. Check the status of the termination switches on the Profibus connectors on the first an last node of the network, the termination must be ON on these connectors;, replace the connectors if the termination switches feel sluggish.
