6se7021-8tb61 are connected to it.

Is it possible to replace the rectifier unit with an analogue, which is still produced by Siemens?

Masterdrive product is phased out product but still you can get support from Siemens. Please contact your nearest Siemens support center. For detail information please refer Product lifecycle MASTERDRIVES – Announcement of product discontinuation, milestone P.M490 

You can replace complete unit i.e. rectifier + inverter by new Siemens Sinamics series. (SINAMICS technical documentation ) You can contact your nearest Siemens support center along with technical details of your present Simovert unit.
