STL code - cannot understand the part where "L DBW [AR1,P#0.0]"

Dear Siemens Programmers, I am trying to under the below STL code but i cannot understand the array part where "L DBW [AR1,P#0.0]" is mentioned. If anyone can explain me, it will be really helpful.
