After each installation of STEP 7 V16 or WinCC V16, the latest update needs to be installed.

Follow these links .... That is what the our friend Hati meant ... As I said before, i saw the links. They are for wincc and other tool updates. But in any of that you can find the changelog of TIA V16 UPD1 So I still have to understand
