Is it possible to use the bellow example on Desktop PC without Wincc Professional?

Library of Basic Processes (LBP) V2.7 for TIA Portal V17

I needed to budget engineer a solution. Part of that was to remove the client PC. If there is no Server-Client or redundancy requirement any more there is no point of keeping Wincc Professional in the scope. That could simplify my work.

So the End user still wants a desktop PC with Graphics Runtime. I was wondering if Wincc Advanced could do the trick? 

Can Wincc Advanced Running on a desktop PC?

Any thoughts?

WinCC Runtime Advanced would be what you are looking for.

Is it possible to run the Runtime in a simulation environment in any ways?

Is there a link to download Runtime Advanced? 

I just need to test a demo to see if it fits for my project. 

I am a bit confused. I have not used TIA since V13, but I am bit surprised about issues I am having.
