Thanks for the reply. When i examine the document , I see a statement as follows ;

You should note the following points for redundant configuration of your system with 2 servers:

• The Engineering Station must be on a separate PC system to be able to upload to servers.
• The two servers must be on separate PC systems.

So We have two PC (Windows 10 Pro) While creating the structure , one is considered as ES and the other as OS.

Is redundant possible in this case ?

For a redundancy project you have to use a engineering station and to separate server.

Message: Rednadant server cannot be created on a local device

Means that you use one of the server  as engineering station.

Now I have a different problem.

There is no problem installing on the First Server. Runtime opens.I am getting the attached (Err-1.jpg) error while installing on the second server.

When I configure it as a single, the first server opens without any problems. When configure the second server as a single (Computer name, ip address, etc.), it still gives an error (Err-2.jpg) when opening the runtime.
