Dear Sir/Madam

I would grateful if you could indicate how I can solve the problem. I installed Windows 10 Enterprise X64 Bit with multi user. Then I installed Office programs like Microsoft Office Pro Plus 2016 X64 Bit After that I installed Professional Siemens software are as follows:

1- Siemens.SIMATIC.STEP.7.Professional.2017.x64
2- Siemens.SIMATIC.WinCC.Flexible.2008.SP5
3- Siemens.SIMATIC.STEP.7.Professional.and.WinCC.Professional.v15
4- Siemens.SIMATIC.STEP.7.PLCSIM.v15
5- Siemens.SINAMICS.StartDrive.v15

In the following, using Siemens software after installing is all right but when I want to load Win c Flexible 2008 SP5 and open a project the error ID:29420407 and Permissions admin appears

Please advise me about fixing the problem. I'm looking forward to have your reply.

Hello Farzad,

I don't understand your issue completely, because this error is new to me. Can you possbily post a picture of the error you receive?

What I think can defintiviely be done is to install the Update 1 for WinCC Flexible 2008 SP5, since there were some fixes in it regarding SQL issues during start of WinCC Flexible. So I would recommend to install the Update first and then check if the error still occurs.

You have right after I installed update 1 for wincc 2008 sp5 the connecting to ms sql 2014 problem disappear

i just wanted to get this post back in life again. I have now the same problem! 

I got a new business laptop, installed software you can see in the attached files.

I already tried the Installing and uninstalling the SQL 2014.

Tried from This page points: 1.6, 1.7

Anybody maybe has another solution?
