If You need define which language will be able as default, then You must be the DM9003.

In the DM9003 You will define the default language (1 or 2).

hello sir

we have 10 cnc machines which all of their default languages have been set on German. this issue is boring us. I knew the instruction you explained but when I change the number of dm9003 to 1 or 2 nothing is happened. every day we, after starting up the machines by touching CTRL+L, change the language to English. please help us to set English as default.

 I think you read the topic "810D shopmill change language" --you see the members discussion . and you see " Many thanks MS_LAZZ, it is now running in English."

one thing i need correct it --it is not call DM9003 instead it should be MD9003, MD=Machine data.

make sure you search in "Start up --Machine Data--Display MD--MD9003"

after change making power off and on. 

If do the correct MD but still not working , send feedback to here and inform what kind of MMC or PCU you have (Siemens label on the back of MMC case). and contact OEM

I was having problem to log in to the forum. that's why I sent the respond so late.

yes you are right.I meant to write MD9003. i don't know why I made that mistake. sorry.

About the pcu and MMC let me to check it as soon as I can go corporation. I'm at home right now.

The error was as follows 

"An error has occurred while processing your request.  Please try again by going back to the original website and starting the login process again."

I was in a hurry and didn't care about the last of error which was saying me to login again in the original website.

You have 10 machines, who is machine builder? which country are they from?

I suggest you contact your machine builder , as I know some machine builder order the system option 

some of NOT, and some of them made their setting. so Siemens standard sequence will not working.

The machines builder is Korea but their controller is produced by Siemens Germany. I surfed in the web to find the Korean corporation address (Tongil). I was failed. How to change the setting in order to fulfill our needs is the thing I'm looking for.
