Its possible, since you stated you have a module supported by the Pcs7Cnt2 block.

Since the settings of the block are dependent on your physical device and system, its not really feasible for us to tell you how to convert to rpm without more info.  But anyhow you can solve it yourself I think pretty easily if you use the help & manuals.

You will need to use and understand the manual both for the module (for wiring) and the Pcs7Cnt2 block manual for configuration.

It might be possible you do or don't have sufficient / compatible sensor for the application you are trying to do.  Understanding the manuals is key for this.
