I have a problem with PLC, which works very well about 2 hours and goes to STOP, QVZ lits on and BASP.

After I try to reset, ADF lits on and BASP.

I have attached ISTACK for QVZ and ADF.

Can you help me how to read ISTACK?

EDIT: I´m not 100% sure but in third pic where you have OP-REG: D9A4

This is possible interpreting as

S I164.9

S Q164.9

= I164.9

= Q164.9

But "bit 9" is imho impossible. Maybe you have in PB90 a mistake with absolute addressing the byte 164

It has worked very well until we had trouble power supply for input 24VDC, we repaired PS.

Now it is working very well, but after 2 hours, CPU goes to STOP.

Also during normal working, I have noticed that in one channel of 32 DO, someitmes Fault LED is turning on for a second.

Is it possible that any input/output is making that problem?

 What changed ? : the powersupply
It could be that the powersupply broke down due to overload .The repaired PSU may still have a faulty component somewhere.

If fault light flashes then could be short circuit ...Put the two together and yes PSU get hot ,intermitten fault creates more heat ... component fails ...PLC goes into stop due to PSU

 plc only stop or restar and stop?

whats your conclusion ?
