Hello Sir...Same Problem happenening with me...I replaced my old s7 1200 with new one. I upgraded firmware with 4.4.1. But still cpu going in defective mode.

This reply is not exclusively focussed on getting the library to function.

We assume you already did the procedure to upgrade the firmware. It is not as easy as selecting another firmware in the hardware configuration.

Reversely: Upgrading to another firmware version means nothing if the loaded project does not specify that the CPU is of another firmware.

Specific instructions..

• Does the PLC work if the library is not in the loaded program?
  
  
• What is the memory usage like when adding the library?
  
  
• Which messages are in the Diagnostic Buffer?
  
  
• Share some screen captures (ZIP pictures) of the messages that appear.
  
  
• Show screen capture of online connection with PLC where firmware is shown.
  
  
• Mention which Step7 version is used.
