Hi,

We have a machine with CPU315 2DP and FM353. Last week the stop led of the cpu was blinking slowly, so I replaced the CPU with a new CPU315-2DP. This is a newer version. The old was with battery, the new one is with MMC card.

After download of hardware and software everything of the machine works except the stepper motor on the FM card. When a movement is started, the motor runs directly to the limit switches. There are no red lights on the card. In the diagnostic buffer there is a message "G function 1 impermisseble".

please check the properties of cpu in old program and updated program.Is it possible to share both program old one and updated??

It's not the CPU.

I received more info from the customer. Machine was powered down for 6 months. CPU batterie was empty and program lost. I downloaded everything to the original CPU and still the FM353 is not working correct.

In the project is a SDB2000 with the parameters for the FM card. The online and offline parameters of the card are the same.

The FM card shows a data error with fault "function 1 unacceptable"

Can it be a problem with the steppermotor drive?
