Please help to guide in right direction.

Machine: CNC 808D router, 3 axis + spindle.

Machine is powering up good, Setting up reference good, all functions works good.

Machine randomly shifting axis while in the use. Sometime it cuts and complete the program fine but sometimes randomly X axis just moves/jumps to random position. It has ruined some board in last few days while cutting. X axis just moves it selfs to + or - randomly (sometime few cms and sometimes more. Other axis Y and Z does not have any issues. Once that happens, it cuts at wrong place and we need to stop the program and set the reference point again, then it work for while and randomly gives the error. Few days ago, when I referenced the x then it moved to opposite direction and hit hardware limit switch. 

Other thing, few weeks ago worker set the wrong height for tool and it hit the bed and stuck. Had called the technician who had messedup with settings. After that we had to start machine with default settings and set tools and R varriables again. Machine worked fine after but randomly x axis plays up.

Not sure that what is wrong as there is none error on screen. Hardware seems to work ok and checked the gears etc and seems ok without damage. When it works, sometimes it cut few sheets without any issue but sometimes x-axis jumps in same program multiple time. When it jumps, it cuts at wrong place and ruins the material.

Please help me to point at correct direction.
