What is the exact issue you are facing? Not able to create a project with OS?

The do the followings.

• Make sure that Windows 10 LTSB is 64Bit OS
• Copy the DVD file to Hard drive or Pen drive and Install
• please try the follow settings (Curtesy Hesinberg):

1. Give the user you are logged in with administrator rights
2. Add the logged on user to the following groups in Windows:
   - Administrators
   - Siemens TIA Engineer
   - SIMATIC HMI
   - SIMATIC NET
3. The PC name has following rules:
   - The computer name only contain uppercase letters and numbers
   - The computer name starts with a letter
   - The computer name only contain up to 15 characters
   - The following names must be identical when you configure an OS, BATCH Server or Engineering Station:
   - Computer name
   - Name of the PC station

Note:
the follow steps will describe how to add an user to a group.

1. Right click on the Windows button in the windows taskbar
2. Select "Computer Management" in the context menu
3. Click on "Local Users and Groups"
4. Select "User"
   Here you can see all users of the PC.
5. Add the user you use to create the OS two the groups above.
