Hi, It seems like access right issue or the SQL is blocked due to unexpected scenario happened such as improper shutdown of WinCC or blackstart event. You may do following steps to see whether OS2 can be recovered. 1. deactivate OS2 runtime. 2. Win+R -> reset_wincc.vbs 3. go to SQL Management Studio , login with your current user 4. expand CC_xxx database , expand security login, take a screenshot and share them here. 5. right click on the database , task -> detach CC_xx database. If you can do it successfully, then should not be a problem on SQL. Detach all the WInCC SQL in OS2. (Ensure OS1 is the master and consists of all the SQL files. 6. exit all 7. win+r -> Services.msc -> look for SQL xxx services, ensure Logon as xxx user has "SIMATIC HMI" right. 8. restart the stations and try again. Hope it helps. |
