Plc engineer Posts: 34 Rating: (0)	Hi guys, i am having a problem with CPU417-4H(6es7 417-4HT14-OAB0 V4.5).I posted this problem but could not find any solution.There are 2 scenarios 1) without inserting Flash memory card 8MB (6es7 95201kp00-0aa0) The system is normal.when i powerup ,the stop LED blink for almost 10 Minutes and after that i donwload my programme(but memory is at bottelneck) and system work fine as per expectation. 2) With inserting Flash memory card 8MB (6es7 95201kp00-0aa0) With insertion of memory card in both CPUs,it takes more time to noramlise the stop LED.After long time (almost 15-20 minutes) the Stop LED stop blinking.i download programme in memory card using option "Download user program to memory card."But when i turn switch from stop to Run mode.cpu fails to come in run mode.I checked the dignostic info it showing management configuration error. I dont know how to put system in run mode with memory card while the same programme have no problem without memory card.....Plz reply

First, u can check the memory in each PLC from simatic program ( online) Second, if you find that the memory for 2 PLC. Is not same 8Mb more, it will cause PLC cannot synch and error. After try many times, it is confirm that one of the PLC cannot detect the memory card. So, I send back for claim warranty. After fix the problem PLC, it works like normal. Hope it can help you, good luck.
