We are in face to integrate a redundant pair of historian servers to our PCS7 system (V9.1), where we shall use information server to allow a group of client to use the archived database. 

My problem consist to how to fix this installation just by using only a pair of server without needing a third station for witness and the client be able to get the information (data archived) without carring wich server is the master (redundancy is ensured).

As far as I know, PH/IS combined is not supported once you have PH redundancy.  In this case IS has to be a separate machine as well where the witness is installed.
