Hello, If the machine is still running, there must be a program in it. You can upload this program (without Symbols and Comments) You need Step5 software and a interface cable or a PG. Read more : SIMATIC STEP 5 V7.2Chapter 4.2.2 If you are not sure you can do the job, hire someone with a PG to do the job for you. Regards, Marcjan |

Hello It is difficult to make out from the picture. I can seeseveral DIsGlowing but no DOs ( This may be due to program logic or maybe the PLC program is lost . The S5 95U executes the program from the internal RAM with EPROM / EEPROM as backup storage. The RAM program is lost if the PLC is powered off with the battery removed or battery voltage LO. if the PLC is in operation ( It is executing the program and doing the control operation as required ) then it is possible to upload the program from the CPU.
