S7-1200 run/stop is stopped

When I start my progect and try to conect to controller -> "Connection to address 192.168.0.1 failed. Connection could not be established. The connection partner is not responding. "What can I do to change to run mode? What happened that starting in this mode? In your attached image, I do not see the Ethernet/profinet link LEDs lighted. Since you are expected to connect to the s7-1200 using an Ethernet/profinet connection, I would expect those LEDs to be lit. Did you disconnect the network cable before taking the picture?

I found the problem, the program was deleted or was stuck after I got a new project then it left. But how is it that the program to wipe out and did not ...
